How do I get started?

To get started, submit the application form above.

What is your vaccination policy?

We require all event attendees, members, and guests to provide proof of double vaccination before entering and using the premises.

Do you require a membership to use the space or amenities?

Yes. Our community operates under a membership model. All events, amenity usage, or partner access requires a monthly membership.

Can I tour the space before signing up?

Yes. You can book a tour by submitting the application form above.

Do you offer dedicated desks?

No. Our model focuses on flexible working arranges specifically for ecommerce business owners who require a community to network within and amenities that can help support the growth of their business.

What does each workstation provide?

Each workstation has a ergonomic Herman Miller chair and 4K LCD monitor with HDMI and USB-C connectors.

Do you have a lunch area?

Yes. Our Commerce Clubhouse is available for use for all members and can be used for lunches or meetings (in the open).

Is there parking available?

Yes. We have street parking available, where normal rates apply. We also have secure garage parking within the building at an additional cost per day.

Do you have bike storage, showers, and locked storage?

Yes. Bike storage is available for members as well as paid secure locker storage and access to the showers, if needed.

* Due to COVID-19 Health Regulations, we have limited capacity to 50 individuals.
How large is the space?

Our space is close to 2,000 sqft of private and secure space with ground floor access.

What is the capacity limit?

We have standing capacity for ~70 people and seated capacity for 38 people.

What is your vaccination policy?

We require proof of double vaccination for all attendees, members, and guests of our building.

What appliances or electronics do you have available?

We have 2 subzero commercial fridges, a dishwasher, a microwave, and an espresso machine. We also have an 80" 4K TV (Apple Play Enabled) and Bluetooth Enabled Surround Sound.

Do you have cuttlery and dinnerware?

We have plates, bowls, cups, mugs, cutlery for up to 20 people.

Do you have access to washrooms?

We have 3 bathrooms accessible on the ground floor in addition to access to our shower facility.

What are the rates for renting the space?

Are we able to serve alcohol during our rental?

A valid BC liquor license is required if you are serving alcohol during your event. Proof is require prior to event.

Is parking available for our rental?

Parkade is available for up to 6 stalls, at an additional charge, if requested prior to event rental.
